Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-10-02
By using VC Servers (run by Jester Demi LLC) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old, and 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy paid features. Signing up with Discord counts as accepting these terms.
- Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person, one account. Don't create extra accounts to get more votes.
Listing a server
- Only list servers you own or run, or have permission to list.
- Keep your listing honest and up to date.
- No illegal content, scams, phishing, malware, hate speech, harassment or sexual content involving minors. Listings for adult communities must be clearly tagged 18+.
- We review listings and can edit, hide or remove any listing, at any time, for any reason, including after reports from users.
- We regularly check whether listed servers are online, and for Discord servers we read the member count from the invite or our bot. TeamSpeak servers that stay offline, and Discord servers whose invite link stops working, can drop out of the list.
- If someone else listed your TeamSpeak server, you can claim it by proving you control it with a view-only query key. The current owner is emailed and has 72 hours to object; after that, or once an admin approves it, the listing moves to your account.
- You're responsible for your server and your community. We only list it.
The Discord bot
If you add the VC Servers bot to your server, it handles /bump, /vote and similar commands and keeps your member count up to date. It doesn't read messages. You can remove it at any time from your Discord server settings.
Votes and bumps
Votes and bumps must come from real people. Automating /bump yourself (self-bots, scripts, macros) breaks Discord's rules and ours. Buying votes, using bots, scripts, VPN farms or multiple accounts to vote, or offering rewards that break these rules can get the server removed and the accounts banned. The only automatic bumps allowed are the ones VC Servers itself does for VC Plus servers (see below).
How the list is ordered
By default, servers are ordered by their latest bump. Visitors can also sort by votes from the last 30 days, by who's online, or by newest. Paid features change placement in the ways described below, and paid spots are always labeled.
Paid features
- Featured (one-time, $3 for 7 days or $9 for 30 days): your server shows in the labeled Featured row above the server list on the homepage and on its Discord or TeamSpeak page. There are only 6 spots. When they're all taken you can buy one once a spot opens (if you already have one, you can add more time). If the last spot gets taken while you're paying, we refund you in full automatically.
- VC Plus ($4.99 a month): a Plus badge and highlighted card, your bumps count as 2 hours newer in the default order, we bump your server if nobody has bumped it for 6 hours, a choice of page banner, page view and join click stats, and for TeamSpeak servers an email when the server has been unreachable for 10 minutes (and when it's back). If you already pay for Plus on one server, each extra server is $2.49 a month. That price is set when you subscribe and stays the same while that subscription runs.
Prices are in USD and shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can only buy paid features for a server you own, and it has to be approved first.
When you buy, you ask us to start right away. Featured spots start as soon as the payment goes through, so they can't be refunded once they've started. You can cancel Plus at any time from Manage billing. It stays on until the end of the month you already paid for and isn't refunded for part of a month. If we charged you by mistake or a paid feature didn't work, email us and we'll put it right. This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital service. Before you pay, you ask us to start right away and confirm that you lose that right once it starts. If you canceled Plus within 14 days and somehow hadn't given that confirmation, we'll refund the unused part.
Paying doesn't buy votes and doesn't change the rules. Paid listings follow these terms like every other listing, and if a listing is removed for breaking them, the payment isn't refunded. If you delete a listing or your account, your account is banned, a listing is rejected, or a TeamSpeak listing moves to its verified owner, its Plus subscription is canceled automatically and you won't be charged again. If you restart Plus before your paid month ends, the first new charge waits until it runs out. If a payment is refunded in full, the feature it paid for ends. We may change what Plus includes or what it costs; if a change affects you, we'll tell you by email before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
Sponsors and partner links
Some boxes on VC Servers are paid ads, labeled "Sponsor". Others are affiliate links, labeled "Partner": if you buy something through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Sponsors and partners never affect how servers are ordered. We count clicks on these boxes (not who clicked) to share with the advertiser.
Emojis you share
- Only upload emojis you made yourself or have the right to share. No copies of other people's art, logos you don't own, or real people's faces without their permission.
- No hate, harassment, gore, sexual content or anything illegal.
- By submitting, you let anyone download your emoji and use it in their own Discord server, and you let us show it on VC Servers. You keep ownership.
- We review every emoji before it goes public and can remove any emoji at any time. You can submit up to 5 a week.
- Emojis waiting for review aren't public. Rejected ones are deleted.
Copyright and takedowns
If something on VC Servers (an emoji, a listing, an image) uses your work without permission, email [email protected] with: your name and contact details, a link to the content, what work you own, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or allowed to act for them. We remove reported content quickly and close the accounts of people who keep infringing. If your content was removed by mistake, reply with a counter notice explaining why and we'll look at it again.
Free tools
The toolkit is free to use and provided as is. Most tools run entirely in your browser. You're responsible for what you make and send with them, for example a message you post to your own Discord webhook with the embed builder.
Our content and yours
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it, you let us show it on VC Servers, in our Discord bot and in links to it. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
No guarantees
The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and online, but we can't promise that server info, online status or user counts are always correct, or that the site will always be available. We are not responsible for what happens on servers listed here. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or for anything that happens on third-party servers, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 50 US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
If your listing or content gets us into a legal claim because it broke these terms or someone else's rights, you agree to cover our reasonable costs.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We can suspend or close accounts, and remove listings or emojis, that break these terms or put the site or other people at risk. If we close your account without a good reason under these terms, we'll refund any unused paid time.
Not affiliated with Discord or TeamSpeak
VC Servers is an independent directory. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord Inc. or TeamSpeak Systems GmbH. Discord and TeamSpeak are trademarks of their owners.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you're a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you also keep the protections of your local law and can bring claims in your local courts.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for big changes we'll email account holders at least 14 days before they apply. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: [email protected].
