Good to know

Can I buy votes or a higher rank?

No. Votes come from real members only, and the vote ranking can't be bought. Plus bumps your server every 6 hours if nobody else has, but members can bump every 2 h, so active communities still come out ahead.

Is it clear that a server paid?

Yes. Featured servers have a Featured label and Plus servers have a Plus badge.

How do I pay?

Through Stripe, a big payment company. We never see your card details.

Refunds?

Featured spots start right away, so they can't be refunded once they've started. Plus can be canceled anytime and stays on until the end of the month you paid for. If something went wrong, email us.

What if my server breaks the rules?

Paid servers follow the same terms as everyone else. A listing removed for breaking them doesn't get a refund.
